Jessica Petit has owned Alpha Recherche Clinique since 2016 and is primarily in charge of the Val-Bélair clinic. Amélie Boulay and Laurence Petit have decided to join Jessica as co-shareholders. Amélie manages the Lebourgneuf clinic and Laurence manages the Lévis clinic. The experience of this trio will enable the company to achieve remarkable expansion and continuity.
Sophie has been a nurse by profession for 12 years and a research nurse for 7 years. She began her career as a bedside nurse in a hospital setting, and hadn’t planned to work in research.As luck would have it!She found her calling and the work environment that allows her to flourish as a nurse!She loves doing clinical research and has all the necessary assets to work in the field.
Above all, Sophie stands out for her organizational skills and professionalism! She’s very meticulous in everything she does, and interested in expanding her knowledge. The diversity of the research world has always stimulated her curiosity. Sophie is also versatile and stands out for her exemplary preparation. She likes to know what she has to do and always makes sure she understands the objectives of her interventions. She is also highly professional, gentle and discreet in her approach to patients. They really appreciate her presence and listening skills.
Sophie is also a great help to her colleagues. She’s always there to support others, and does so with the utmost respect.
A nurse since 2011, Valérie brings her experience and dedication to both her patients and her colleagues!
She became part of the Alpha Clinical Research family in 2023, where she is valued for her calm demeanor, commitment, and joyful spirit by everyone around her.

Alexandra joined the Alpha team in March 2024, an exceptional addition. She graduated as a nurse in 2014 and gained experience both in the hospital as part of the float team and in a private nursing care center.
A proud mom of two little princesses and a camping enthusiast, Alexandra loves being surrounded by the people she cares about, whether it’s family or friends. She truly knows how to enjoy life and cherish the beautiful moments it brings.
Alexandra’s joy of living is so vibrant and full of energy that it uplifts everyone around her. Patients and colleagues alike adore her always smiling, attentive, and ready to help, she quickly builds trust and meaningful connections. A true gem.
Jessica became a wonderful addition to our team in January 2024, much to our delight. She graduated as a nurse in 2018 and has had the opportunity to gain experience in research since 2009.
She is a devoted mother of four little loves. An active woman, she has marathons under her belt, and whenever time allows, she enjoys taking her dance classes. Jessica also loves to travel the world, always eager for new discoveries.
Jessica is a warm and sociable person, and patients immediately feel at ease with her. Her calm demeanor and patience reflect both her maturity and expertise. She is deeply caring toward everyone she meets how could anyone not appreciate her?
Dr. Patry is one of the pioneers of Alpha Clinical Research, having been involved as an investigator since the very beginning. He believed in the value of research and did not hesitate to take part in Alpha’s project. After all these years, he is recognized as a physician who truly listens to his patients. His patience, understanding, and human approach make him a highly appreciated and approachable doctor.
Dr. Patry has been practicing family medicine for over 30 years. He serves on several boards, particularly those dedicated to supporting individuals living with dementia and their families. He strongly advocates for a multidisciplinary approach in their care. He regularly attends training sessions and gives conferences himself, helping healthcare professionals become better equipped to support this patient population.
He is a devoted man, both to his family always present to support them in their activities and projects and to his patients. He also makes time to stay active, travel, and even pursue a second role that blends work with leisure.
Why not be a ski instructor in his spare time?
Dr. Nadeau is a great man in every sense of the word! He has now been part of our team for 3 years as a research investigator (principal investigator of several studies). He is a calm doctor who listens to his patients’ needs, which they greatly appreciate.
Dr. Nadeau began his studies with a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy, which he also practiced, before becoming an accomplished family physician in 2017.
This father of 2 beautiful children manages to juggle all his obligations, be they family or professional, as well as many others.

Dr. Walsh has been a research investigator at Alpha Recherche Clinique for over 2 years! She is the 2nd female investigator to join the Val-Bélair team. She can lead clinical studies as a principal investigator, as her experience and diligence allow her to do so. She is a gentle and patient doctor who takes the time to listen, which is appreciated by her team and her patients.
Dr. Walsh has been practicing medicine since 2019 as a family physician at the Val-Bélair Medical Clinic. She has a passion for nature hiking and loves to travel all over the world.

Dr Mignault has been a research investigator for over a year now. He can also be a principal investigator, with his sense of initiative and duty. Everyone knows and loves this doctor, with his confident smile and dynamic personality. Patients appreciate his dedication.
Dr. Mignault has been practicing medicine as a family doctor since 2019.
A sportsman at heart, he enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities as a couple. He goes wherever life takes him, and enjoys every moment spent in nature.

Dr. Juliette Masse-Savard has been practicing family medicine since 2018.
She has been a member of the Alpha Recherche Clinique team for almost 2 years now, and continues to evolve in this field, which is now part of her practice. Her determination and desire to learn make her a valued ally of the entire team. Her patients adore her for her gentleness, kindness and professionalism.

Dr. Béatrice Picard hails from Lac-St-Jean, where she studied, then came to Québec City for her medical training. She is a young doctor who knows how to apply her learning and experience for the benefit of her patients and her work team.
What’s more, we’ve had the opportunity to have Dr. Picard as an investigator with us at Alpha Clinical Research for over a year now. She’s a dedicated, dynamic woman with no shortage of energy. She loves to get involved with new protocols and enjoys giving her patients the opportunity to benefit from cutting-edge treatment.
Dr. Picard enjoys nature walks to recharge her batteries. She also loves cooking for her family and trying out new recipes. She also enjoys spending special time with her loved ones, something she’ll be able to do regularly in the coming year, as she’ll have plenty of time with her loved ones, her partner and her new little baby!
Dr. Lévesque is originally from eastern Quebec, and completed her medical studies in the Capitale Nationale region. She has now been a family physician for over 5 years.
Dr. Lévesque has been working with us at the Val-Bélair clinic for over 1 year now. She is passionate about research and dedicated to her patients. She loves to learn and understand each of the protocols she’s involved in, and to pass on the benefits to her patients. It’s a pleasure to work with her every day, and to enjoy her contagious smile in the team and with her patients.
In her spare time, Dr. Lévesque enjoys outdoor physical activity, such as cycling, jogging and hiking.
Dr. Beaulieu is one of three physicians who pioneered research at ALPHA Recherche Clinique in Val-Bélair. An experienced investigator, he has been an Investigator since 1992 and joined the ALPHA team in May 2012. He is a family physician who listens to his patients and takes time with each of them. His patients love him for his attentiveness, his ability to listen, his calmness, his quest for the right treatment, his availability and his involvement. He has a keen interest and expertise in mental health, and is a mentor to his medical colleagues in this specialty.
Believing in the power of clinical research to advance medical knowledge and develop new ways of treating the population, he is always available to follow up participants in clinical trials.
